Excelente unicacion, ladtima que no tiene restaurante, pero todo muy bien

Lo habíamos contratado este Hotel, porque ofrecía que estaba enfrente de la laguna, lo cual no era cierto, los cuartos o habitaciones hacían demasiado ruido, no había un respeto, a la una de la mañana, gritando gente con alcoholes encima y fue insufrible en la noche Y golpeando la puerta en la habitación que estaba enfrente de nosotros

Me gustó la atención así como las condiciones generales del hotel, todo excelente a excepción de las amenidades de aseo personal de baja calidad (shampoo, acondicionador y gel de ducha)

Une tres grande chambre avec le jaccuzzi au top ! Un hôtel qui mérite d'être connu. A seulement 15 min à pied du centre ou 5 minutes en voiture. Un personnel très aimable. Il y est facile de se garer. Nous avons adoré nos 2 nuits dans cet hôtel

Great place to stay!! Friendly staff, rooms were bigger than we thought they would be and super clean. We went on a family trip, 10 of us between adults and kids, felt safe at all times. After the lake we walked to the centro from the hotel at night,there was a night market with all types of food and goodies. Families, couples, groups of friends and some by people by themselves, we were all enjoying the great atmosphere, lots of fun!!!

Buen hotel, me gustó mucho la decoración y las habitaciones, el servicio fue bueno. De lo que mejoraría: la TV de la habitación no tenía señal, me comentaron que solo podría ver Netflix (en caso de tener una cuenta propia). El agua de la alberca estaba helada, no vi que alguien pudiera entrar a disfrutar. Si regresas al hotel caminando por la noche, no hay luminarias que te ayuden a ver el camino.

Upon checking in, I realized the hotel was not in el centro and even though it was tantalizingly close to the lagoon, massive trees and gated properties blocked any potential view. That was my fault for not using google maps to geo locate it. We had paid the surplus for the “balcony” and were assigned room 205 overlooking the breakfast area and electrical wires. After settling in, I went to change and a woman peered into our room since our windows literally overlooked the passageway to all the rooms on the 2nd floor. I went downstairs to request another room since I did want to have the shades drawn at all times and at first was told there was no room avilable until March 3rd. I asked to speak to the manager and left my number for a call back. When we left for dinner, I told the desk clerk I had not received a call but then was informed we would be moved to another room the next night which was greatly appreciated. That balcony overlooked the front of the building with lush trees and total privacy for prying eyes. The room was very clean a d had a small fridge and safe (that did not work). The added touches of amenities in the bathroom were a nice surprise and linens were comfortable. We did not have breakfast on property ($10us pp) and preferred going out for it. The property overall needs a little love and some cosmetic touches on the staircase. I highly recommend it for families with small children vs older teens. My next visit to bacalar will have a hotel on the lagoon.

El hotel tiene buen diseño, pero le urge mucho mantenimiento. El piso se está levantando en las habitaciones, las paredes tienen mucha humedad, y se caen en varias zonas. Al hotel le hacen falta varias cosas que se esperan de un hotel moderno de tres estrellas: wifi estable, botellas de agua en la habitación, buen desayuno, personal amable en el desayuno (el de recepción fue súper amable).

El lugar está muy bien, sólo que llegara a la playa o a las zonas de atracción. Representa caminar alrededor de 12 o 13 minutos lo que lo hace complejo a la hora del clima con lluvia o mucho sol, sin embargo, el hotel y los desayunos están muy bien.

Personal muy atento, un hotel muy limpio, tranquilo y cómodo. Las camas eran muy cómodas y las almohadas tan bien. Excelente opción aunque está un poco lejos del centro de Bacalar, la ventaja es que está cerca del muelle municipal y vale completamente la pena.
