Funcional pero existen mejores opciones El hotel es lindo pero solo eso. Queda lejos del centro y la laguna por lo cual existen mejores opciones de hospedaje por el mismo precio. En limpieza 10/10

El lugar súper bonito, la atención increíble desde que llegamos, las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y el baño lo mejor que este todo separado. La alberca muy bonita y cómoda, el hotel es pequeño y tienes mejor atención, nos trataron súper bien, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia

El hotel como instalación es muy lindo. Muy bien pensado y con muchos detalles peroooo el servicio quizás es el peor que he tenido en México. No es congruente el hotel tan bonito con el NO servicio al cliente! Eñ
