Felicitas apartments at the Center near the beach

Fantastic apartment that was fully equipped with everything you need. There was even a choice of pillows. The apartment was very clean and both me and my daughter liked it very much. The host made us feel very welcome and the instructions to find the apartment and gain access was very clear.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, supermarkets and old town and bus station. Very clear instructions from host. Comfortable bed and reasonably quiet. Enjoyed our stay and loved Split.

A bit dark during the day. A few stairs to get up with bags. Note this apartment does not have a washing machine. Host has since updated listing.

The owner is a liar, there was stated there is free parking while the apartment is in the paid zone. She didn’t care when I pointed it out, I cancelled the reservation due to the wrong description and she didn’t return my money completely ignoring both me and booking. I have never experienced such a fraud via booking, disgusting behaviour and simply theft. I’m forced to take legal actions to receive my money for sth that does not exist.

Great host and lovely apartment

It has everything you need, it’s at a great location. Few minutes walk into the old town , few minutes walk to the beach. Everything is thought of. TV, towels, all equipments you can think of. The AC is amazing. Host is friendly and sends you all the information you need about Split. I don’t know why anyone could not like this apartment as for the price you get a 5 star apartment with everything you need and clean and the mattress is so comfy. Also the lounge is so beautiful.

Very comfortable studio for 2. Great location, walking distance to old town, port and the sandy beach Bacvice-10-15min. Equipped in everything you need -plenty of towels , clean sheets, pillows, blankets, toilet rolls and everything you need to wash including shampoo and shower gel. In the kitchen cupboards-cooking oil, herbs. some spices, tea, and coffee Ivona was very helpful and informative.

For us it wasn't a problem but the apartment is on the 3-rd floor - no lift Microwave will be a good addition.
