"An ok service for high price"

I stayed in this hotel some years ago and it was really good. Now it was much worse. Rooms need some renovation. Also brakfest quality dimished. I don't think it is worth the price, you can find better offers in the city.

"Expensive and underwhelming"

The property has no parking so you have to walk 2 blocks away for free parking. Though you have to walk it’s hard to get free parking in this area.

Okay the staff were unhelpful and borderline rude. This is the only property in Iceland that asked for a passport. The staff got almost irritated that I didn’t know this was “standard practice”. The “ spa” was two chlorinated pods, you cannot go as you please you have to schedule you’re visit. The rooms in the upper floors are hot !! You cannot open the windows for air. The restaurant closed 30 minutes early and the bar closes early.
