Visually the place was very insta worthy and as shown in pictures. It was about midnight by the time we reached hotel. The staff called us after 11pm to confirm our arrival which for me was a very good gesture as the check in was till 12am only.

The smell of the bed linen was so bad. There were stains on bed sheets and it was covered with the blanket. Once you remove it and snuck in, it was unbearable. The smell made us so uncomfortable and we ended up staying awake till 4am. As commented by others, the water pressure was very low as well.

Location it was next to Shopping Mall. Next to lots of cafes and prime location in Ipoh Gardens.

Room lighting and bathroom. You have a step to go into the bathroom. If it was late at night and you missed the step you might injure yourself. Walk from the free car park to the hotel was confusing.

- Location. Near by is AEON Mall Kinta City within walking distance across a road. - Room. Spacious room. - Beverage Station. Have a nice beverage station at the common area where we can have free flow cold plain water and also coffee and tea with electical thermo flask available and some small snacks.

- Room. Photos from Booking.com was misleading and did not match what Hotel has to offer. I booked a Triplets room supposingly with 3 single beds but ended up Hotel does not have such room layout ended with 1 King and 1 Single which is fine. - TV. Super lousy signal the first 2 days. Image will stutter and frozen then see "Bad Signal" or "No Signal". After I reported, their maintenance came to service and become better. Image become way more stable but after like an hour continuous watching, image would then get frozen and again "No Signal". Would need to power off and on the TV to regain signal and continue watching. These are local channels! - Breakfast. Tried for 2 days and thought if we waked up earlier (Breakfast starts from 0700-1030) and went down around 0715, the prawn soup container would be more filled as first morning we went down around 0800 and same super low level and not sure if would be topping up. There are not many guests this week. - Key Card. Only main key card is working. 2nd one is totally not working even after reporting with their staff checking and verifying. Changed a replacement 2nd key card yet still not working. Since my family would be going out togather, we are ok with a single working key card but not for those who might split heading out. - Bathroom. Bathroom level is a step above the room floor level. This is still ok for my elderly mum of 85 years old but would not be so for others who might have difficulties climbing steps.

Location is the best, easy to go everywhere for food, shopping and meeting. Price is reasonable and the bed is comfy.

The toilet always wet ! Due to no partition .

Surprisingly such variety of choices. I enjoyed my breakfast.

Lights were very dim. No mirror in the room. I will stay in the hotel again in the future.
