Arawana Residence Phromphong

After reading some of the reviews I had very low expectations but glad I went ahead with the booking. It was in a great location, good staff and room although a bit dated, for the price the fact that there's a kitchen also was huge bonus

Check in was at their corner building.

일단 구굴 지도 위치가 달라 찾는데 너무 어려웠습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 체크인과 숙소가 제 경우에는 건물이 나눠져 있어서 익숙치는 않았습니다. 방상태는 넓고 무엇보다 요리를 하는데 좋은 환경이었습니다. 그런데 헤어드라이기가 없어서 아쉬었습니다. 방상태는 제 생각엔 좋다고 생각합니다 일단 구글지도 위치를 다시 체크하길 바랍니다.

Very poor condition room, shower almost on top of toilet! 4 floors with no lift! We left after 1 night as could not stay there. Booked somewhere else

It s a fairly good apartment/hotel. Staff was good but very little interaction since I was in an appartment. The people living in other appartment where quite noisy but the room itself was great. The zone is a bit far from interesting stuff.

The studio was very cute & comfortable. The location is excellent. Right by Tops Market & a number of interesting stores & restaurants. Five minute walk to an amazing Holistic Dermatologist & close to a great functional medicine hospital.

Could easily have given them a 10 except for a few things. If you rent a studio & they drop you off you have to walk a block to another building around the corner for check in. This would be ok if they told you ahead of time but burdensome & confusing if you are dropped off at a door you can’t open with a very small sign. Others were also at the door confused when I would return. They don’t answer messages sent through Booking. I don’t know when they clean the room. I tried one morning until 1 pm & the next day until 3:45. I gave up trying to get my room cleaned after that so maybe best to ask at check-in. 90% was very clean but the microwave had food & grease in it, the closet full of cobwebs & under the bed was very dirty. The internet could be tricky to work but when it did was good. sometimes the fob to open the door or card to get the electricity working took a few tries. Small things but they make a big difference.
