Hotel was clean and located in a nice area. First time my wife and I had visited this area. This is a no conract hotel and we had no issues with that all. Would stay here again.

Location was convenient and room was clean.

The room was unlocked when we arrived. The windows didn't lock at all so we had to rig something so it was secure to sleep.

Staff was great, rooms were exceptional. Spotless! Sat and watched the Manatees play, great docking for our boat with a short canal ride to the ICW and great "island hopping". Very short walk to a couple indoor/outdoor "tiki bars" with live entertainment. All in all couldn't expect better. Already planning a return next year with more friends1

It was way off the mainland with very little access to the water by foot. It appeared a little rundown. Unrefined with local character. The overall vibe was rustic and basic. This hotel was in a very rural area and seemed to be a popular stop for the locals.
