The Ashcroft Studios & Apartments with Free Parking

Location near to train and tram and free parking.

Unfair criticism maybe but due to the weather the studio was unbearably hot. A fan would have been nice or even opening windows before arrival to get air flowing. Strangely I had to move the heavy microwave as the power cord was not long enough to reach the wall socket. The bathroom sink did not drain and the tv remote was hidden in the middle drawer of the chest of drawers (took a while to track that down!)

The checks in was super easy, after being let down by our original booking and being in Manchester already. We booked this and very pleased we did.

The property was great, such a pleasant stay 🥲. It was such a stressful day yesterday with my son having had major surgery & us having to stay in Manchester so that we were close to a&e. The guy who was the main point of contact, Colin, was so friendly & welcoming. His calming fun nature made the end to a very high stressed day so much better. He’s an absolute asset to the Place! Can’t fault the accommodation or booking accessibility either. Should we ever have to stay in Manchester again we will be stay there 😇👌

Cramped, two large beds with little room elsewhere. The room a bit shabby and rundown, overpriced, wouldn’t stay agin.

Very clean staff lovely and lovely rooms

The staff were lovely - spoke to Matthew over text, and Colin in person and both were great. We had a slight issue with our original booking, however they were so incredible about getting it sorted for us and went above and beyond for us. Definitely would recommend!

Admittedly we did go during the heatwave so everywhere is obviously going to be a lot hotter than normal, but we could’ve done with a fan or something because even with the windows open, it was still so hot. But that’s only a small issue!
