Apartments La Luna

Wonderful place to stay. Host was extremely friendly and greeted us at the place! Terrace was so beautiful and we loved sitting there to watch the boats go by. Highly recommend.

The public transport the the place was a bit confusing - it worked well except we could not figure out what time the bus came and the first time we could not figure out which bus stop to go to. Even the national bus app did not really work very well for tourists😅

We arrived around 1am in the morning but our hosts were still waiting for us with a big smile. We got a little tour and they helped us settle in. Loved the fresh fruit in the kitchen and homemade raki, so thoughtful!! The apartment was super clean and really exceeded our expectations. We could park 2 cars in front of the building so perfect if you're by car. Getting into the city was super easy by bus (tip: get the Dubrovnik card as it includes public transport) and the area was just great. We spent a whole day relaxing by the water after our long drive, the deck with lounge chairs was basically our private beach! Our hosts were amazing, always checking on us when we met, bringing over extra lounge chairs, extra fresh fruit... Will definitely go back here!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The interaction with DirectBooker, the company that manages the bookings through booking.com, was rather difficult. No response over the chat on booking.com, had to call them several times.

The apartment was very clean and had a perfect view. Our hosts were so friendly and always helpful. Parking was no problem. We can truly recommend this location.

Great place, great hosts. The apartment was more than adequate. All kitchen utensils are there, and the bathroom is well stocked. The beach is steps away (not a sandy Jamaican beach, but great by Croatian standards). You have your own parking, and the view from the balcony is a million bucks. Also, a tip to other travelers: the bus stop is about 15 minutes walking, and parking in Old Town is crazy expensive. It turns out you don't need to drive or take a bus, Uber is, well, uber-cheap. Definitely beats paying 70 EUR for parking in Stari Grad.

The bathroom in the one-bedroom place is small. And not just by the European standards. We were lucky to stay in both apartments (1BR and 2BR). Because we have that point of reference, it was definitely a hard adjustment to the smaller bathroom after enjoying the 2-BR apartment. Additionally, we tried to communicate through the Booking platform with the hosts, and they never got our messages. Something wrong with the 3rd party platform, not the hosts' fault. Probably easier to find their WhatsApp number and talk directly, as they are very-very nice and quick to respond.

All excellent, very hospitable hosts, scrupulously clean, well appointed. Location is fantastically beautiful and peaceful, memorable view. Good bus connections to Dubrovnik old town, convenient private parking. Beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

Friendly, hospitable hosts. Immaculate modern, comfortable apartment. Swimming in river on doorstep. Four sun loungers provided. Short walk from bus stop to Dubrovnik, hotel 5 mins walk does simple buffet breakfast 15 euros per person. 10 min walk to bisto bar serves snack food from 7pm. Would return no hesitation.

the apartment was so clean and a delightful place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the baloney and watch the boats go by all sizes big and small. is is without a home from home.
