"Great place just needs some improvements."

The property was great. It was comfortable, nice location.

Everything and I mean everything is from ikea. The oven was no longer labeled properly, the curtains didn’t work, the hot water ran out quickly. Host was awful with communication, we couldn’t get hold of him the entire time after check in.

"Pretty appartment, great view."

The appartment was very nice and quite well appointed. It could have used more hooks and some shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries, a coat rack by the door etc. there was no way to keep windows open for air flow. We loved having a small shop Nisa under the building. Walking distance to the SEC and close to town center

The communication with the renter was very poor and worrying. We never saw the person. Took hours to answer a message and sometimes didn't bother answering at all. We had a problem with our flights and we only got check in information after we landed in Scotland which was worrying. No communication during our stay, not even to check in.

"Not a good experience."

The apartment was very comfortable with lovely views. Good location for The Hydro.

The lift was broken on our last two days. We were told this happens regularly. When you are on the 11th floor this is not acceptable.
