Great experience. Room needs a few updates. A good value for the price. We would stay here again.

Front desk staff were nice and pleasant

The TV is terrible. There are only "universal " remotes. It was crazy trying to get a channel. The house keeping was only one day for our four day stay. The bed sheets weren't changed on the "cleaning" day. The soaps in the shower were empty, or watered down. Our coffee area in our room was not replenished, or cleaned. The pillows smelled of dirty bed head. It was a bit dissapointing. I'm glad we didn't have to stay any longer than the three nights.

Close and convenient to everything in Bardstown. Decent breakfast every morning. Lobby was clean and welcoming.

We were put in a handicapped equipped room that wasn’t the most convenient. The shower drain is not engineered correctly, so when you shower, the water flows over most of the bathroom floor. We consistently had to use towels to stop the water from going out into the hotel room. On our third day we asked for more towels when the cleaning lady knocked on our door asking if we needed anything, and she responded, “We have no clean towels at the moment, but I’ll mark your room down for towels when we have some clean.” Our bathroom door didn’t close when we arrived to our room. We asked the front desk to fix it, and she seemed inconvenienced to have to help guests since her maintenance person was not available. And, outside of a desk, there was not much furniture in our room. We had one tiny end table and that was it. Not really equipped for two adult travelers.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles are in the way. Maybe put them on the wall under the shower head or on the opposite side.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection of items. The front desk staff was courteous & helpful with anything we needed, and the location was safe & close to all attractions we wanted to visit. My family & I will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.
