Clean, easy to access central station by 30 min walk or quick metro. Great air conditioning, which was really appreciated during the heat wave. Lovely having tea and coffee easily accessible. Comfortable firm bed. Laundry downstairs was 4 euro for washer, 3 euro for dryer. Easy to use with downloading of the app and great system that shows you available units & allows them to be reserved, BUT washer though set on the highest spin left clothing sopping wet (but clean!). As a result, took 2+ hours to dry in the drier (though only one charge, which was a bonus).

· Challenges communicating with the Numa property - you first get the bot on what’s app, and there was wrong/different information sometimes provided by the bot compared to someone in person or a human agent. If you get someone in person, it is helpful. We did request a crib upon booking on booking.com, which was confirmed by the property at the time of booking. Upon arrival, there was no crib. We informed the property right away - and the ?bot stated “had we asked in advance they would have arranged it” - which we had done. It took hours to be connected to a human agent and have them communicate with the onsite team, just to have them let us know that the crib was in the laundry downstairs, which was easy to grab and arrange ourselves.

Alles gut.
