"zeer teleurstellend"

te weinig personeel waardoor onvoldoende borden en eten in een veel te drukke zaal.

wij waren geen onderdeel van de enjoy gasten maar gewoon hotelgasten voor mooie kamer, rust en lekker eten. Dat was ons blijkbaar niet gegund

Aanwezigheid zwembad en wellness faciliteiten. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Veiligheids issues zoals gladde weg naar zwembad. Handvat stoomcabine met blootliggende nagel.

"Bel Hôtel Spa confortable pour visiter Groningen"

Bel Hotel Spa très confortable dans un village calme à 20 min de Groningen. L'appartement était grand et plutôt cosy. Le Spa avec piscine et Saunas est très grand et agréable. Facilité pour se garer.

Le personnel à la réception était jeune, sympathique mais pas du tout professionnel. Leurs réponses étaient incomplètes et inexactes. Cela est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Manque d'éclairage pour la table à manger situé au milieu de l'appartement. Pas de machine Nespresso...une Senseo à la place

"A warm experience"

Nice decor

In April the room was 28 degrees every afternoon and still 24 in the morning. Broken window which could not be opened and no aircondition. .

Great location, relaxing SPA, a beautifully renovated apartment

No shampoo or soap in the room, mentioned that at the reception as well as some cleanliness issues - nothing changed

"Nice and friendly "

Large and nice appartement, but not very practible. No heating in bathroom, tv does not support casting. Nice and quiet town. Very friendly staff.
