The property was clean and free coffee was available.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable; we have never experienced such a soft foam mattress - and for this reason alone we would never want to stay here again. There was a constant loud buzz coming from the circuit breaker panel in the room; to get rid of it to be able to sleep at night, we needed to turn off the main circuit breaker for the whole night. We were overcharged and asked the host for a refund (through messages, there was no staff on site), but our requests were ignored. There was no information on how to connect to the wifi.

Struttura, ad un passo dal centro di Ibla e dal parcheggio comunale. Ben tenuta, curata nell’arredamento, spazi adeguati e ben suddivisi. E’ chiaro che l’host punta alla qualità. C’è stato un piccolo disguido, risolto immediatamente. Merita una menzione anche la signora delle pulizie, premurosa e cordiale.

Fantastyczny pokój. Odnowiony, nowoczesny, ładnie wykończony. Wspólna kuchnia. Duża sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem. Ogrzewany (byliśmy w grudniu)!! Bardzo przyjemna łazienka. Bardzo czysto. Wspaniale położony, blisko parku, kawiarenek na starym mieście. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo. W bezpośredniej okolicy mieszkania można zaparkować auto za bez ponoszenia dodatkowych opłat (trzeba poszukać miejsca).

Camera grande con bagno attrezzato e funzionale. Pulizia buona così come la gentilezza del proprietario pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente.

1. Wrong room assigned I booked a Junior Suite with Balcony and Square View, which is biggest room in this hotel. Instead, I was given the King Room, which is the smallest room. 2. Total confusion about room assignments and blaming other guests. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed other guests, saying that because this hotel uses self check-in, guests had entered the wrong rooms. Even if that explanation were true, it is still the hotel’s responsibility to ensure correct room assignments. The situation clearly shows that the staff does not know which room is which, even though the hotel has only three rooms: Portale San Giorgio = Junior Suite Vallata San Leonardo = Deluxe Double Room Giardino Ibleo = King Room The hotel only displays Italian name plaques, with no room type indicated. In my case, I was told to enter Vallata San Leonardo, but that room was already occupied. I was then sent to Giardino Ibleo, which turned out to be the King Room. Only the next day did I find out that my booked room should have been Portale San Giorgio. Despite all this confusion, I was still told to accept the King Room because it was supposedly the only room left, forcing me to stay in a room I did not book. 3. Incorrect pricing explanation The staff claimed that all three rooms cost the same, which is simply not true. Prices vary by date, and the Junior Suite with Balcony and Square View is usually more expensive. 4. Empty compensation promise The next day, at 11:00 AM, I was finally moved to the correct room. The hotel promised €20 compensation and asked for my IBAN, but no money was ever sent. There is clearly no intention to compensate. Bottom line-- The staff showed no sincerity and no accountability, repeatedly saying “it’s not our fault, it’s the other guests’ fault.” But this was not my fault, and I should not have to suffer because of their poor system and internal confusion. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel!

Posizione eccellente, in centro e accanto ai parcheggi. Struttura moderna.

Puzza di fogna molto forte proveniente dal bagno. Totale assenza di accoglienza fisica. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo atteso inutilmente 40 minuti fuori dalla struttura. Letto matrimoniale troppo piccolo, anche considerate le dimensioni della stanza, e materasso scomodo. Avevamo chiesto una culla per la bambina, non siamo stati soddisfatti.
