Summer House Condos by ALBVR

I thought I had already left a review but since it’s asking again I will touch on my main complaints. The room was dirty upon arrival, which was frustrating after getting an email telling me how important cleanliness is to them. The room had not been dusted in a long time and there were trash in the floor by our bed. I’ll attach pictures to this. The beds were all broken in some kind of way making them all uncomfortable. One bed leaned so bad we had to put towels under it to make it more level. We knew about the maintenance being done so we knew the outdoor pools were not open but the indoor pool being across the parking lot was kind of annoying. Overall the room was okay, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Husband, wife, 4 children, loved it!

Excellent location. Loved the balcony & having a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Pool was great.

Parking was terrible (even without the construction there still wouldn’t be enough parking). Bathrooms are kinda gross .. floors need updated. Only one tiny BBQ grill for the entire Summer House set of condos (which is a lot!)

The A/C did not cool in the 2 bedrooms on the east side of the condo. The curtains and valances were dusty and the front patio door curtain was torn. Elevators were a nightmare. the one on the right would not work half of the time.

Property was being renovated so parking was challenging but overall very good place. Family trip with Grandkids.
