AUThere was no breakfast
The code did not open the door to villa 5. the phone number in your email was disconnected. No one answered the emergency number. We entered via an open back door and found the sheets and towels unwashed. Went book into Pot Shot hotel. The owner found a phone number and we received a call with a code to Villa 6. We entered and all was well. Neither TV remote worked and it was very difficult to work the TV.

Tv did not work except channel 7; needs a good refresh and paint. And why have photographs of African animals when there are local spectacular animals and landscapes?
AUIt was central and clean.
The sliding door was lock. The shower didn’t operate properly if 2 people showering at once. There were such limited kitchen utensils or useful items like a squeezer. There were no basic products like salt and pepper coffee or tea.

Premium price for a 6 day stay. Multiple issues with Villa. Kitchen lights not working. Exhaust fans in bathrooms & toilet not working. Some ceiling fans not working properly. Door to carport difficult to open. Multiple carpet stains throughout. Permanently damaged upstairs window. Sent photos and email regarding issues which didn’t get answered until I physically went into the office. Workmen arrived on last day to fix issues. Too little too late.

Place as a whole could be cleaner, aircons were dirty so not blowing cold air, has an infestation of cockroaches.

Dust in all corners. TV and DVD remotes not working. Cockroaches everywhere, dead and alive. Soap scums on sinks and showers. Dishwasher broken. Rangehood not working and has been deliberately glued so you can’t use. Host FAILED to give us access until 24 HOURS after check-in time. No apologies, explanations or refunds ever offered. Even though we had tried messaging them and calling beforehand and at the time we were due to check in, using numbers listed on the app and onsite. So we booked and paid in advance for 2 nights, were given access for 1 night. The app’s customer service did not respond to our request for help either. Interestingly enough, we found out that this host manages a handful of villas within the same block. They had single sidedly canceled our previous booking of Unit 6 (via another booking platform) 3 days before our arrival, first claimed due to double booking, and then admitted to using it for their family holiday, they left us for dead on Christmas day without a place to stay and did not even bother offering this Unit 4 which was available. We then found and booked Unit 4, which was the last available in the area, not knowing that we would deal with the same host again. Please do not make our mistakes and do stay away from these people.
