Tive uma péssima experiência com o dono do hotel! Reservei 2 quartos para 4 adultos e 2 crianças, tudo que o booking.com me ofereceu quando coloquei minhas informações. Ao chegar no hotel, só tinha cama para uma das minhas filhas e um café da manhã extra foi cobrado a parte, sendo que estava tudo incluso na reserva do hotel e pago com (muita) antecedência - um dos únicos hoteis da viagem que me cobrou no ato da reserva e não no local). Agora estou tentando resolver esse custo extra, provando tudo da minha reserva (tenho todos os documentos), e recebi um telefonema muito mal educado do dono do hotel dizendo que estou atuando com desrespeito e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara. Ele conseguiu acabar com toda a experiência agradável que tive no local!!!!

Le bungalow face a la piscine était très confortable, spacieux. L’emplacement est idéal.

Le petit déjeuner buffet pourrait être amélioré (que quelques tranches de pain danois le 2ème jour) mais c’était OK.

Swellendam is a cute small town to visit for an afternoon. This hotel had a lovely room, we had a detached cabin that was very cute and very comfortable. The pool was nice too.

Just a couple of points to note, it’s called ‘hotel and restaurant’ but it was only a breakfast room and not open for dinner. Swellendam is not much of an evening place, but we managed to find two restaurants open in the evening. Also, it says they offer parking but only small cars are allowed inside the security gate. We had a 4wd and were told to park on the street. We then got a ticket for parking facing the wrong way (??) so just be careful of that.

El personal es muy amable, la dueña encantadora. La ubicación es muy buena para ir andando todos sitios. Tienen parking y el lugar es muy bonito. Tienen piscina y un gym al aire libre. Perfecto hotel para una parada de una noche.

La habitación y baño estaba un poco viejito, pero dormimos súper bien y tenía todo lo necesario (nevera, tetera, agua).
