Overall stay is ok staff was little lazy but ok no enfertainment at all lack of facikities like other pc hotels but ok as per as the location is concern ok to stay in pc malam jabba

Very bad experience of my life Not value to money. Staying at PC Hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. First of all, there was no bellboy available to help carry our luggage to the room. Even at checkout, there was no one available to assist with bringing our luggage from the room to the vehicle. The staff was not cooperative and often provided misleading information and incorrect rates. What was even more disappointing was that whenever we booked through Booking.com, it seemed that the hotel intentionally allocated the cheapest and least desirable rooms to Booking.com guests, while reserving their more luxurious rooms for walk-in customers. I believe Booking.com should look into this matter and take appropriate action. Why are Booking.com customers treated so poorly? Why are the worst or lowest-category rooms consistently assigned to guests who book through Booking.com?

Location was good Parking space Next to centuraus Mall

Cockroach 🪳 roaming around the bathroom. Daily rate was not worth it Room was not ready even thought we checked in late.
