The staff are extremely kind and very helpful!! They assisted with organizing taxis and day trips, and I booked a tour with Mister Aladin through the hotel for a better price than outside. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire compound is very well maintained. The restaurant serves very tasty food. The location is also great, it’s very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and even Tropic Shopping Mall can easily be reached on foot. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here. I would also suggest booking a garden view room rather than a pool view room, as the garden view rooms offer more privacy.

The breakfast is good but could offer a bit more variety. The rooms would be even better if they included a kettle and a hairdryer. The only real downside is that there is loud music from a nearby bar every night, so I needed to use earplugs to sleep.

Fajny duży basen z prawie ciepłą wodą. Dużo leżaków. Darmowe ręczniki basenowe. Blisko plaży.

Niby blisko plaży, ale zanim do niej dotrzesz to 10 osób po drodze będzie Ci proponowało różne usługi. To samo na plaży, nie można pospacerować w spokoju choć plaża bardzo szeroka. W chatkach zero dźwiękoszczelności. Nasza chatka (nr 1011) stała najbliżej ogrodzenia od strony plaży i co noc (od ok. 22:00) było słychać okropnie głośną muzykę na żywo (bębny). Nie dało się przy tym zasnąć. Dodatkowo materac na łóżku okropny, zużyty, po 3 godzinach od wstania było wciąż widać zapadnięte miejsce, bardziej można się wyspać na leżakach przy basenie. Pracownik, który zaprowadził nas do pokoju, mimo że nie zaniósł naszych bagaży ani nic nie wytłumaczył (zwłaszcza tego, że żeby mieć ciepłą wodę to trzeba włączyć samemu termę), nie chciał wyjść bez napiwku. Obsługa bardzo roszczeniowa. Bez napiwku nic nie zrobią.

Cassaforte rotta, mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero cambiato la camera il giorno dopo, invece niente; - avevo chiesto esplicitamente una camera con cassaforte, ma mi hanno dato una camera con la cassaforte rotta, ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero cambiato la camera il giorno seguente, ma nulla il giorno seguente non è stato così, quindi niente cassaforte.
