Nothing really.

The room they gave me was a smoking room. I requested a non smoking room in a non smoking area but when we asked they were not helpful. We had an evening meal at their restaurant and my partner ended up with a dodgy stomach the following morning. We had vouchers for breakfast and the food was horrible, I had a piece of toast that took 4 attempts to brown.b
