Os funcionários são incríveis, muito prestativos. A localização é perfeita, no centro de tudo. O café da manhã é bastante satisfatório, dentro do esperado para esse destino.

Não foi um problema pra mim, mas pode ser para pessoas com problema de mobilidade: o hotel fica em uma rua onde não entram carros, então os taxis te deixam a cerca de 100m da estadia e você precisa caminhar e levar a mala.

スタッフの方々の親切な対応のお陰で、クスコにいる間とても快適に過ごせました。 部屋の雰囲気もおしゃれです。 またクスコに滞在するときにはこちらのホテルを選ぶかと思います。

部屋によっては、外にあるカラオケの音が夜中に気になったり、洗面台の排水が悪かったりする。 もう少し朝食の種類が多ければ尚よい

"Hermoso lugar - Mala locación si deseas descansar"

El personal del lugar es increíble. Ellos hacen que la estadía sea mejor. Súper atentos y amables. El lugar es hermoso por dentro, la decoración llama mucho la atención. La limpieza fue excelente. Y hubo agua caliente, lo cual es difícil de encontrar.

La locación es terrible. Ahí fue error mío por no chequear que está en una calle llena de discotecas. Escuchamos música hasta las 4 am, lo cual no nos permitió dormir adecuadamente para los tours. Y sí, hay fiestas los 7 días. Cuando salíamos temprano, encontrábamos aproximadamente 20 a 30 borrachos en nuestra calle, se sentía súper inseguro. Esa es la única razón por la cual no regresaría. No puedo culpar a otra cosa, solo la locación.
