Apartments Santin

The place is very cute and quaint and the owner is very lovely, she allowed us to check out late as we caught a later bus and was very responsive on email. We were only there for 1 night however wished we stayed longer. Kitchenette looked well equipped. Bed was a foam mattress but surprisingly comfortable. The garden patio would have been lovely in warmer weather. It is about a 10min walk uphill from the bus station, and not much longer to get to the harbour then the old town, everything is very walkable.

The property is booked through an agency (Rovinj Advisor) who are very painful to deal with. The property owner however is very helpful and kind. The agency told me that I would have to call the owner on the day of arrival to get the keys. My phone does not work in Croatia, so I almost cancelled the booking as the agency was making it very difficult and not answering my questions on alternatives to make it work. As soon as they passed my details on to the owner, it was a much better experience. She was very helpful and usually does self-check in over email (no phone call required). There is also a very small hot water unit so you run out of hot water quite quickly, but it's manageable.

Entering the apartment was very simple, with the key under the code. The staff was very friendly. The apartment was clean and in a great location for the festival, which is located in the street next to the apartment. It is close to the old town and the promenade by the sea.

The apartment is older, except for the renovated bathroom. The terrace does not have a direct exit from the apartment, you have to go through the haustor, behind the building. The kitchen is small and modestly arranged. I missed a comfortable place to sit with a coffee.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is ideal for the old town and the beaches.

That’s the best place we’ve ever stayed - conveniently located to every possible point of interest, comfortable, clean, with beautiful private terrace, quiet, with very comfortable bed and good shower. Moderately priced. The owner was kind enough to help resolving our problem with erroneously issued parking ticket - so thankful for it! Definitely will recommend this apartment to our kids and friends.

There is nothing to NOT like it, I wish we would be able to stay longer!

Location,and everything else was perfect

we were there for 4 days, very nice place to stay, very cozy, incredible location just 5 minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the port and their beaches. Lovely hostess who advised where to park for free and was available on the phone if needed. Hope to return again sometime.
