Grand Inn Canalside

There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the lobby on the first floor, and the information book in the room felt sticky. It would be great if these could be improved in the future.

Amazing Property, near by Hakata Station and Canal City Hakata is across the street, everything 7/11 restaurant etc are all walking distance. The Hotel is clean, our room was beautiful with a nice view of the river, with washer and dryer. Highly recommend this Hotel.

I lost my necklace at this hotel and cleaning kindly didn't toss it but rather have it to management where I was able to retrieve it later. I am incredibly grateful. I like the split living room from the beds, enjoy being able to cook, and enjoy the canal view. Great stay, would recommend.

床掃除ができてない。

家族旅行でしたが、キャナルシティのすぐそばで、駐車場は目の前にも、他にも近くにたくさんありますが、2日間停めっぱなしで2200円くらいと安く、ホテル目の前なので、子供も小さいので荷物たくさんでしたが、すぐに運べるので助かります。　お部屋の造りも抜群に良いです。窓やテラスやベランダまであり、角部屋でしたが、テラスからは、キャナルシティや、川や、夜景がかなり綺麗で、素晴らしかったです！！　最高に良いお部屋でした！　あと、調理器具が抜群に、全部あります！　品揃えが良いので、近くに歩いたらイオン系列のスーパーもあるので、便利です。24時間です。あと、テレビは、色々見れて、小さい子供も大人も、色々見れるので、良いです！お部屋にずーっといても楽しめるし、天神でもどこでも歩いても行けるし、最高な立地です！！絶対また宿泊したいです！！　素晴らしい！！　お部屋もすごく綺麗です！！　本当、ずーっと住みたいくらい、素晴らしいお部屋でした！！最高⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎
