El confort de las almohadas

En la p谩gina anuncian ciertos precios y al momento de cargar te aumentan otros porcentajes, realmente pagas lo mismo qie si llegaras directamente al Hotel, el personal muyy mala cara, tuve que preguntar varias veces si ya se hab铆a cargado mu reserva en su sistema, y eso no le agradaba mucho la chica que nos atendi贸 definitivamente no disfruta de su trabajo.la habitaci贸n ten铆a solo agua tibia yo definitivamente no me volver铆a a hospedar ahi y tampoco volver铆a a reservar en la p谩gina.

Que tienes acceso al centro

Al estar en el aeropuerto marque y ya anteriormente v铆a mensaje me hab铆a comunicado de decirles que si en caso de que ten铆an habitaci贸n disponible si pod铆amos entrar unas horas antes y me dijeron que si qu茅 si estaba disponible si, y cuando estaba en aeropuerto marque y me dijeron lo mismo que estaba disponible y que no habr铆a cobro extra aun que estaba consciente de que podr铆a pagar por esas horas extras pero al llegar estaba todo birn haciendo el proceso pero una segunda persona que se encontraba en recepci贸n nos dijo que nos cobrar铆a lo de una noche completa m谩s aun que solo fueran horas e ignoro lo de que ya me hab铆an dicho ellos mismos por mensaje y llamada algo distinto y pague esa noche qu茅 me cobraron y tambi茅n esa misma persona nos pregunto si est谩bamos fumando pero sab铆amos qu茅 afuera estaban personas fumando cigarro y 茅l olor entraba y pensamos que se los dec铆a a otra persona y luego de manera prepotente nos dijo les estoy preguntado a ustedes que si est谩n fumando la respuesta fue no y ya al llegar hotel la instalaci贸n el ba帽o es peque帽o pero el lugar cumple referente al cuarto.
