"Geweldige verblijf"

Wat een heerlijke plek! De cottage is ruim, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Supergoed dat de cottage ook volledig geschikt is gemaakt voor mindervaliden. Er zijn paarden, schapen, alpaca’s, een grappige haan. De alpaca’s en de schapen mag je wat alpaca/schapen nootjes voeren en ik had het geluk dat ik lammetje Hellie een fles mocht geven. Bij aankomst lag er vers brood voor ons klaar en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk ontbijt. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren die veel weten van de omgeving. Als je kunt paardrijden dan organiseren ze mooie tochten in de omgeving. Een absolute aanrader!

Helen and David are very nice and helpful. The chalet is clean and nice. There are sheep, alpaca, rabbit and chickens just front of the chalet. Kids can feed the animals, play soccers on the field. There is even a complementary pony ride for the kids. It is super good! There is one small issue for the water, which can be fixed by switching it off and on outside the toilet.

מקום מעולה, כמה דקות מטא אנאו בחווה מדליקה עם כל הדברים שצריך בחיים. הלן קיבלה אותנו עם לחם שאפתה ומקרר עם כמה דברים נחוצים. הבית נקי ונמצא בחווה הכול ירוק מסביב, טלאים, למות, סוסים, תרנגול וכלב נחמד ששומר על הבית. נוח לצאת למילפורד ומיוחד לטראק קפלר הקרוב.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Helen and David’s chalet. Helen and David are super friendly, this place is quiet and cozy. We got the chance to feed the baby sheep and alpaca, met the lovely dog Kai and even tried the pony ride! At night, we could clearly see the starry sky. If I get the opportunity to come to Te Anau again, I will definitely stay here agin and stay longer.

"Relaxing spacious chalet off the beaten track, great views and pleasant visits with farm pets."

Breakfast was nice with homemade bread and cereal choices. Location was on quiet farmland which was a bit flooded, however that did not impact out walks. Bedrooms, bathroom were spacious, warm, very clean and overall space was soothing. Mountain and field views were great and we enjoyed feeding the alpacas and sheep. It was a treat to have a rooster come to the door to be feed.

May need to ask in advance about milk requirements for those needing lactose free/Almond/Soy Milk as no shops near to get.
