House keeping staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Staff at reception were not cooperative.

We had chicken cockroaches comming out of the bathroom. This should not happen at any hotel. Despite repeated reports to the reception they didn’t change our room. Luckily the house keeping staff intervened and changed our room.

They deduct the vat payment but not give the payment receipt

Dirty and location is not clean and crowded. Windows and rooms bed are dirty. Walls have pen ink and stuff.

Budget friendly comfortable helpful stuff

Very helpful staff (esp Monesh?) and convenient restaurant attached. Good value for money.

The rock hard mattress in the rooms, like sleeping on floor. Unacceptable after a long journey. No sign outside identifying property, making it slightly difficult to locate.
