Marojica Apartments

This has to be one of the best locations I have ever stayed at. The property comprises of 3 luxury new build apartments and is a family run business. The rooms are super spacious and pristine with attention to detail. The grounds around the property are also pristine with many seating areas, loungers and pool that give a great holiday feel by day and a relaxed ambiance at night and is beautifully laid out with surrounding decor, orchard plants, flowers and stunningly lit at night. Although the apartments have a self contained kitchen, Maro and Nicole offer a delicious breakfast and dinner menu of which they cook specially for you in a the original outhouse building of which they have converted into a bar with a cosy fire which gives the feel of being looked after personally. They grow much of their own produce so all fresh, organic and local including their own herbs. Mojitos with their fresh home grown mint and their own wine with their chosen grapes is a must while watching the sun go down. As the property is high up, you have the best sunset view and it is only a 10-15 minute walk down onto Cavtat promenade which also has many beautiful restaurants and a lovely walks around the islands. At the promenade you can book all your day and evening trips and there are frequent boat taxis to take you into The Old Town and surrounding locations. I went on this holiday alone but I never felt alone as Maro and Nicole take such pride in looking after their guests with such attention to detail. I 100% recommend this property and location. What a wonderful holiday and I come home with a full heart. Thank you both so much.

I cannot fault this property at all. As the property is situated high up, the beauty of the views is stunning. It is an easy pleasant walk down to the promenade but obviously the walk back up is takes a bit longer but I logged into Bolt and Uber and it is a cheap and easy way to get back to the property. I never waited more that 5 minutes for an Uber and it is really simple. The extra cost of an Uber absolutely out weighs the beauty of where the property is situated for it's views.

Maro was such an excellent host making breakfast for me whatever time I requested it . It was beautifully presented and there was such a choice - he made an omelette each morning , with a selection of cheeses , ham and tomatoes and jam. There was a sweeter choice of waffles as well. This was all laid out in the garden. He also prepared an evening meal which was extra , freshly prepared and with drinks also in the garden. Nothing was too much effort, taking my suitcase up to the apartment as there were quite a few steps.i had the 2 bed apartment at the front and was treated to lovely sunsets .

Nothing in the property, but it is up some steep roads , but I got Ubers to take me back up from town.

Incredible view of the Adriatic from our balcony. Absolutely among the best service of any place we’ve ever stayed - Maro and family were wonderful and made our stay very memorable. Dinner was an amazing experience- traditionally cooked meat & potatoes, beautiful setting & crafted drinks - highly recommend! We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was great. Host was amazing and the property/gardens were fabulous.

Would give ten stars if I could, absolutely wonderful! We were quite delayed on our journey but our host was at the hotel, greeting us personally, ensuring we got to the room and that everything was okay. The room itself was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. In the morning we were able to sit outside, taking in the gorgeous views while having breakfast, before continuing on our way. Great location close to the airport but equally an easy distance from the center of Dubrovnik (one local bus and bob’s your uncle!). Quite bummed we only had one night as we could have stayed for longer! Will 100% come back.

We were picked up from the airport by the host. The journey was only 10 mins away so our holiday started straight away. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was really clean and had a beautiful view. The beds were comfy and everything was perfect. We ordered breakfast which was delicious. I would definitely return. We were driven back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble.
