0時過ぎてチェックイン手続きが出来ずに電話しました。スタッフさんは遅い時間にも関わらず、きちんと対応してくださり、安心出来ました。

コーヒーとか少しインスタントでもあると良かったかな。自販機が冷たいものばかりだったので。。

"This is the best accommodation I have stayed in the Sapporo area, even better than those in the city center."

Place was near the station, had multiple kitchen appliances and a full sized refrigerator, comfortable living and bed area, clean room, and separate toilet and bath.

The door to the bedroom in our room was broken. The hinge was loose so the door could not be closed properly.
