1. Spotlessly clean, new, full amenities and kitchenette provided for small cooking 2. Great hot shower 3. Very near to subway and there were direct buses to many attractions like Maruyama Park, Shiroi Koibito Chocolate Factory, Bankei, Otaru, Jozankei Onsen and New Chitose Airport.

1. The kitchen and toilet did not have heater. It was so cold when cooking. 2. There was no one attending the check in, hence preparation on how to use the secure elevator must be read upfront. It was easy once you know how. 3. Can feel a bit of the spring of the bed when lying down. I can still sleep as I were not so particular. The pillows were ok and the blanket was warm.

The room has long basins that allow two people to use them at the same time. It also comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, including an electric stove, microwave, fridge, and basic pots and pans (note: no cooking oil provided). The toilet and bath are separated, which is very convenient for a group of six. Two air-conditioners with both hot and cold functions are installed, allowing us to adjust the temperature comfortably to our preference.

The mattress springs seem worn out as the beds were very soft and lacked support, causing the body to sink in. The pillows were also too soft for our preference.

シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ません。４泊しましたが、いつも同じで、お湯の蛇口を捻って長いこと待つと、ぬるま湯ぐらいの温度になって、でも３分ぐらいでまた冷水になってしまいます。真冬の寒さなので大変でした。

2名で利用しました。玄関で靴を脱ぐスタイルでリラックスして滞在できた。マットレスがとても快適だった。程よい弾力の枕が２つで快適だった。広々とした小上がりのある部屋で、ベッド間に十分な空間があったため、くつろぐことができた。 大きな窓が２つもあって広く自然光が入って気持ちよかった。ブラインドはちゃんと掃除されていて、加湿器もあり、清潔なタオルもあり、お風呂のお湯の勢いも良く、洗面台が二つもあり、照明は間接照明が多くて刺激が少なく、など、全てが快適だった。 ドミトリーはどうかわかりませんが、このツインの部屋に関しては、とても快適だったので、価格差が大きくなければ一人でも また泊まりに来たいと思いました。 このホテルに限らないことだとは思いますが、予約のタイミングによって、かなり金額に差があるようです。1ヶ月ほど前に予約をしました。連休だったため高額設定だったのかなと思いますが、前日当日チェックしたら、びっくりするくらい価格が安くなっていました。低価格のタイミングで宿泊できればかなりお得感を感じることができそうです。

一番最初のエレベーターの乗り方に注意点があること。ですが、防犯を考えれば安心とも言えます。
