"Holiday at ARCE 1"

The kitchen starter pack and wine in fridge was appreciated new kitchen appliances.maintenance staff responded quickly.

We had to get rid of ants in living area.the balcony had a great view however was busy with plants and allowed ants to hide..balcony table had chipped paint and also rusty clothes dryer.

Great location and very clean property. Good to have the private parking facility. Wifi worked well. We didn't use the TV, but noticed detailed instructions. Lovely shower!

Not much space for hanging clothes, due to cupboards being quite full. We couldn't make sense of the induction hob, even with the brochure. Toilet would be cramped for a large person.

Amazing sea views and proximity to beach. Very unique in Nerja

Bathroom. Toilet is far too small with no fan, you would die using this room in height of summer

Location, comfort & cleanliness.

Broken coffee machines x 2. Bidet not properly fixed to floor. Information re locality would have improved our experience- we didn’t know about the pool key fob, where to find local busses and suggested trip operators info. local markets etc.

Location waa amazing, next to beach, fabulous sea view. A few minutes walk to town centre. Apartment had all facilities needed for self catering.
