Lo único aceptable es la ubicación, el resto pésimo. Las instalaciones se caen a pedazos, sucio, todas las cosas rotas o dañadas… la ventana que daba a la cama sin cortina (al palo que sujeta la cortina estaba rota).

Nada parecido a las fotos, todo el ambiente es sucios, los muebles rotos, sin cortinas, Adivinen porque… estaba roto el palo y decidieron sacar la cortina (la ventana daba directo a la cama) cero privacidad. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo. Impresentable, no volvería no porque más que fuera gratis.

The perfect location in Gran Vía. Found it so smart to go shopping drop some bags to my room and continue shopping so I wouldn’t have to carry them all:) Very nice staff also.

Al ingresar me pidieron dar un número de tarjeta o dejar 50€, nunca recibí información previa de este requisito, a pesar de tener paga la reserva, el persona del lugar no dio soluciones y tampoco supo indicar en qué parte de la reserva estaba predispuesto este requisito

Baño muy pequeño, te tenías que sentar en la taza del wáter ladeado. Se oían los ruidos de la habitación contigua.
