What a wonderful place! This chateau has been lovingly restored back to its former glory by the current owners with modern elements and artwork incorporated. We had one of the largest rooms in the house and could only marvel at the details the owners had thought of in the restoration. The room was extremely comfortable lacking nothing. Breakfast was scrumptious and we had the opportunity to meet other guests. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful in every way. There was an option to have dinner which needed to be decided at least 24 hours before. Unfortunately our schedule did not allow us to take advantage of it. If you are looking for accommodations in the area, you must stay at Chateau de Druon. It is a unique experience.
