Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Appartamento in ottima posizione e accessoriato con un phon professionale!"

Appartamento molto carino, ottima posizione. Abbiamo trovato un sacco di cose utili, phon serio, cialde del caffè Lavazza, piatti, bicchieri e quant'altro. Temperatura ottimale, appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore e abbiamo usufruito di un miracoloso ombrello che ci ha salvato da una bella giornata piovosa torinese. Appartamento pulito, non abbiamo utilizzato scopa e paletta ma sono presenti anch'essi.

Ho preferito comprare un bagnoschiuma perché i campioni erano insufficienti e scomodi e una saponetta non basta. Il letto e i cuscini non erano comodissimi purtroppo e in effetti è facile sentire i vicini di stanza che tirano lo sciacquone, anche se tuttavia sono bastati dei tappi alle orecchie per risolvere il problema. Le tovaglie in dotazione non sono state cambiate, abbiamo quindi dovuto distribuirle per tutti e quattro i giorni.

"Abbiamo dormito con 4 gradi perche il riscaldamento non funzionava! siamo dovuti scappare!!!vergogna"

l'appartamento in se è carino

l'appartamento era senza riscaldamento ci siamo trovati a dormire con 4 gradi in casa. Dicono che c'è un divano letto ma non funziona è rotto. Abbiamo pagato due notti ma ne abbiamo fatta solo una perchè era come dormire all'aperto. abbiamo speso 240 euro per due notti e ci hanno rimborsato solo 40€. Ci hanno risposto che il riscaldamento funzionava solo di giorno perche condominiale (nel caso andrebbe scritto perche nessuno vuole dormire con 4 gradi) ma in realta non andava neanche di giorno!! avrebbero dovuto risarcirci tutto. vacanza completamente rovinata!!! Vergognosi
