Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Nice location in Torino"

Super good location, easy check-in and fast response from the owner.

The place seems to be quite empty and heating was not strong enough, we were cold there in the 4 days. I also dont like the request of asking to clean/remove the trash... We are paying for a cleaning at the end of the stay, this should not be requested.

"Disappointing"

Good location. Great kitchen and washing facilities.

No aircon! I didn't see this in any reviews but it was hot and really uncomfortable overnight. The towels fall apart on you. This seems like a small issue but it was incredibly annoying and easy to fix. Other easy things to fix: no storage in the shower for soap, the sensor lights in the bathroom just turn off after 15 seconds even if you're still in there. Showering in the dark is a must 🫠 No towel storage that doesn't drape along the floor. All easy to fix apart from the aircon so hopefully it will be rectified!

"Served it’s purpose"

We went to the kappa music festival, it was great location and easy to get around. Everything we needed

Shower head didn’t stay up, the bathroom window didn’t lock, mold on bedroom ceiling, very dusty under the pull out bed, and damage to the head board in bedroom. It just felt alittle unloved

"Homelike stay"

The place of the house is really good. All the furniture and the decorations are new. Because of that you feel comfortable. Place was so clean.

I need some detergents, but there arent any. House was a little dusty, make my allergy high. It was hard for me to take the keys another check-in place because of the long journey.

"Passable"

The house was good and with a very nice balcony.

I was there for 5 days and the Internet didn't work at all. The pick up spot of the keys was in a distance of 4km from the apartment. It's terrible for someone who carries luggages, so I needed to spend extra 30euros in taxis just to pick up the keys and go to the apartment.
