Sole d'oro Sunset & Caldera View Grand Suite

Our stay was amazing, the sunrise , caldera view , sunset all these on your private balcony is special . 2x hot tubs . Plenty of space to spread out family of 4 . Recommend highly once on a life time experience.

All the people in the hotel are super helpful and friendly. They are so nice to receive us late and also let us stay in the main hotel until we leave for our late flight. Every window in the suite has a fantastic view to the caldera and the terrace has the great view of the sunset. The location is perfect.

The bathroom door and the main bedroom door open to the same direction and bump into each other. The sink in the main bedroom is very small.

This place is awesome, only if they can improve on service and amenities. There is no microwave, or ability to make coffee or tea except for the outdated coffee machine and water heater. Supplies for coffee and tea were not replenished and towels and bedsheets were not replaced. Overall there is plenty of room to make this place awesome - but they have found all the ways and method to make sure the experience is less then perfect.

1. The stunning & amazing views from all windows & balcony of the house. We can watched the sun rise & sun set comfortably at the balcony & avoid joining the big crowds of tourist gathering & waiting to view the sun set. 2. The location of the house. It is on the main street of village with close connectivity to the restaurants & amenities like supermarket & medical clinic. 3. The helpful staff especially our appreciation to Mrs Ljupka who assisted us tremendously during our 3d2n stay. A big thank you to her!

1.The sink in the master bedroom is too small making its use is so restrictive. Strongly to change it to a smaller water tap if possible. 2. It wil b good to equip the house with microwave & washer if possible. 3. The sofa is not comfy with turning in as sofa bed. Suggest get a proper sofa bed for future guests.

Location was awesome! It is right on Main Street with access to both Sunrise and Sunset from balcony. Two hot tubs were a plus. Service was great where we were offered luggage carrying help both during check in and checkout. Unique views from all rooms in the property.

The Kitchenette is fairly small and cannot be used for anything besides tea/coffee. No pans available either.

Sole doro has a great location that got us beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset. It is on the main street, making it really convenient for us to go around. I also loved the fact that it has so many windows opening in all directions and that all the rooms get great Caldera views. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The kitchenette is small yet has most things to keep it functional. However, a microwave can be added to the space instead of the wine cooler. Jacuzzi was quite enjoyable with surreal views around. Nikos was very hospitable.. and even got the house cleaned on the third day. He helped us carry our luggage from the post office, but i suggest that a luggage cart should have been provided like many other hosts did. It's much easier to transfer luggage that way.

Unavailability of microwave in the kitchen and just 2 pans.

Nick is extremely helpful. Venue is excellent with great view and facilities.
