Great location spotlessly clean

very skimpy on things like 1 washing powder tablet?? no mirror in second bedroom no paper towels. maybe it's my age but found it very impersonal although the entry and exit worked well once we got the hang of it and Martina did keep in touch which was appreciated we were told it was on second floor but it was on third floor 3
