The location, and the sunny layout with a view - the property was perfect for 5 adults.

We had to phone for the key code. The previous people’s tea towels were in the tub. We’d have liked more information eg how the hot water worked.

House was awesome. Great location and very clean. Heaps of room for us all - great to have 2 bathrooms. Will definitely rebook :)

Lady on the phone for Hanmer Holiday Homes wasn't very friendly.

Location was excellent, very central to all amenities. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Had lovely views from the main living areas. Outside areas were excellent with well placed seating around the bbq and very private.

Not a lot. Location and house are 👍

No bed linen or towels. If you want linen or towels you have to hire them from Hanmer Holiday Homes. No-one mentioned this when we booked. Smallest bar of soap I have ever seen in Bathrooms. Gas fire kept going off. You wouldn't want to stay there in Winter. You would freeze your a... off. If you want to use the bbq, you have to hire from HHH. U can't check in b4 3pm and the lockbox code we were given was wrong so we had to ring HHH after hours(5pm) for the correct lockbox code. The cleaning of the house from the prior visitors was well below par. Hair on the floors and chips on the floor in lounge. For what we paid just under $800 for 2 nights including a clean I would of thought there would of been Sky TV connected. TV is very small. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable.
