I have booked a room. And wrote a that it should have a back door parking just what we had before. We were a regural costumer of this hotel. But they gave us the second floor and it it was on the end part of the building. Paid almost 10t for two.rooms. Without breakfast. Just disappointed.

Location

We were charged more. The price given in the Booking. Com was not followed. In other countries where we went the rate is the same. No additional charge. We were given their number. Next time we will not use Booking. Com but call them directly instead!! It was frustrating!!!
