"Nasty behavior that old woman in the reception ."

Location

There is one old woman in reception I don’t like the way she approached the guest without manner.like she said “kettle is only for executive room “ bcoz I asked kettle in my room I have baby for his formula milk in the night.(am stayed@standard room only).☹️

Near Robinsons Mall Beside the hotel their is a coffee shop and a convenient store. Parking is no problem. Breakfast is oky having different cuisine everyday.

Wè stayed for 3 days but unfortunately their AC malfunction on the first day in which i did not sleep. Good thing they change our room located at the first floor the next day. Kettle is not available as well.
