Gostamos do auto check-in, quarto bem limpo e organizado, cama grande e confortável.

Pequenos problemas em ativar a chave do quarto em um dos terminais de check-in, aparentemente não estava funcionando, pois tive que mudar para o outro tablet de check-in para conseguir a ativação. Mas fora isso, tudo ótimo.

Akşamüstü Odamın klması çalışmıyordu, sorun telefonlarıma kimse bakmadı, mesai dışı denildi, msn den yazdım, tamir veya oda değişimi istedim, odalar dolu diyerek ilgilenilmedi, yani otele gittiğinizde odanızda bir sorun varsa bu şansınıza kalmış, bunu düzelttiremiyprsunuz, yaz sıcağında sıcaktan, kışın soğuktan perişan olabilirsiniz, benim başıma gelen gibi, sıcaktan perişan oldum, klima bozuktu, personelsiz otel konsepti demek arıza veya müşteri sorunlarıyla ilgilenecek kimsenin olmaması demek değil, ben mağdur oldum, başıma geleni yazdım

Leider waren einige Möbel und Gegenstände etwas runtergekommen (bspw. Duschbrause konnte man nicht befestigen).
