Dishonest and disrespectful management

The bedroom we were taken to was spacious, and they organized a mattress to accommodate our 3 years old child.

1. We booked a bigger bedroom but on our arrival what we booked differed from where we were taken to. However, after negotiating and telling them what we booked on bookings.com differs from the room they gave us, they resolved our issue. 2. I indicated to the staff member that I could book the room for an extra day and He should check with me but in the morning he told me someone has booked the room though he had told me the room was available. I didn't like that he didn't give me the courtesy to enquire if I still wanted the room or not. 3. The staff member, seeing that we were not happy, didn't even apologize, nor did he wish us a good drive or even say, looking forward to hosting us again. We felt like he wanted to get rid of us and couldn't wait to see our backs. As if we didn't have luxurious houses of own.
