The accomodation was truly exceptional. This property is a dream and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay there. In terms of cleanliness, it was absolutely spotless. The bedrooms are a great size and the house feels super airy due to its open plan design. We will 100% return to this property in the future. Thank you guys!

"Modern, spacious but many niggles."

Modern, clean and well equipped. Pool and surrounds well kept. Lots of cupboard space and hangars. Kitchen well equipped.

The staff wanted our passport details twice? The procedure to get through the compound gates on the final day wasn’t clear. Some glassware and crockery was cracked or chipped. The UK TV channels didn’t work and this wasn’t because of the local tv service being down as explained. The tv box just isn’t connected to the property’s router. Lounge/kitchen area only has net curtains so no privacy at night when lights are on. Lounge/kitchen gets hot in the morning as east facing and no way to block the sun out. No beach/pool towels provided. Lots of rules and lots of ways for the owners to keep your security deposit. Staff a bit officious.

Qué eran unas instalaciones bastantes modernas.

Qué no hubiera persianas en los dormitorios y faltaban útiles de cocina. El aire acondicionado del piso de arriba casi no se notaba en el dormitorio grande.

"Great Villa, Location, but disappointing."

The location was very good, walking distance to bars and restaurants and shops. Car needed for beach. Great sun roof. Great for 2 people, outside area around pool not really big enough if 4/6 people

Both parasols were broken, there were weeds, weeks old, some crockery was damaged. These things should have been checked before we arrived and easily rectified, it takes 10 seconds to open a parasol and a few minutes to check crockery, 10 minutes to clear weeds. Not owners fault but JAMES VILLA team.
