Bricks Hotel

Eigentlich hätte ich gerne durchgehend 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Lage im Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Restaurants, Autovermietung etc. Innert 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war super. Der Empfang in der Reception sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr gross mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. WC, Bidet und grosse Dusche hat alles tadellos funktioniert und die grosse Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt war einzigartig. Dieser, sehr gute Eindruck von unserem Aufenthalt wurde leider durch das unbefriedigende Frühstück gestört. 1. Das Servicepersonal war unmotiviert, beinahe unfreundlich. 2. Das eher knappe Speiseangebot war sehr lieblos und unüberlegt zusammengestellt. Es gab zwar Butter, jedoch nichts zum bestreichen (Konfitüre, Honig, Nutella etc). 3. Der Kaffee war nicht gut, es gab nur Instantkaffee. Hier könnte man mit wenig Aufwand ((Kaffeemaschine) einen unglaublichen Verbesserungseffekt erzielen. 4. Es gab Fruchtjohurts, die durch eine seltsame, unnatürliche Konsistenz aufgefallen sind. Dabei gibt es in Georgien ganz tolle Milchprodukte. Als Beilage zum Joghurt gab es leider keine gesunde, schmackhafte Müeslimischung oder Haferflocken, sondern nur ein minderwertiges Industrieprodukt. Es ist sehr schade, dass das Frühstück mit den übrigen Leistungen des Hotels nicht mithalten kann. Ein opulentes Frühstück haben wir nicht erwartet, doch man könnte das Frühstück mit wenig Aufwand sehr stark verbessern. Das Hotel ist aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Great stay at a lovely hotel. All the staff were so friendly and kind. Room was spacious,clean and well equipped and the hotel is in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend . Breakfast was good too

Together with my husband we decided to celebrate my birthday in Tbilisi this year and spend first summer week end there and in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very tidy and cosy. The outdoor superb veranda has an overwhelming view to all over Tbilisi. The only disadvantage I can't pass by is too powerless work of AC in the room. It was too hot outside and the AC was working too slow and definitely had some technical bug which we asked the manager to fix, nevertheless it didn't start to cool down the room properly. Also the big plus is that the hotel had a free parking lots for cars.

In the middle of tiblisi reasonable price

Great location, not too far from the old town centre. Decent sized room with working aircon. The view from the terrace is amazing. Good breakfast. The hotel doesn’t offer any tour / restaurants recommendations , but quite a few tour operators nearby. This could be one area of improvement. Overall good value for money

I like the daily housekeeping and soundproof rooms considering the hotel is beside a main road. I really hope there was a restaurant.

I gave 5 stars and I will describe each one: 1) Facility: is a very New Hotel in Tbilisi, Room are more spacious than expected for a boutique hotel and Bathroom is spacious, as well. The ammenities are eco-friendly and include everithing expected for my comfort. 2) Cleanliness: Rooms and Hotel overall very clean, Our 2 rooms were cleaned and maked up everyday, even the day we left the room late. 3) Affordable: The Family room were not available at the time I did my booking, then I had to book two Twin rooms, in average it cost less than 50USD per room per night with breakfast included in high season. 4) Service: I have seen reviews of other Hotels saying that staff in Georgia are rude and with poor English; This is NOT applicable to Bricks Hotel. The Staff is very kind, good domain of English, and always attentive. Tina, the Hotel manager is always looking for guest needs and comfort, Tina You are 1 in 1million. Chef David was so kind pleasing our requests from the very first day 5) Location: the last but not the less, expectacular location, short walking distance to almost all attractions in Tbilisi, You don't need Metro or Taxi to enjoy Tbilisi from Bricks Hotel. I would definitely come back amd soon!
