Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of ZAR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Over occupancy of the room/s is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is inclusive of all guests (Adults and Children) Please note that a full payment is processed when the booking is made.
