Rosehip Cottage

Very spacious, well stocked kitchen and excellent toiletries. It’s a great location for touring Somerset but we had some trouble finding the green gates.

A small area of grass could have been cut and entrance glass doors had a lot of smudges of paw marks from previous dogs

There wasn't alot we didn't like at all .

Lovely large one bed annex cottage , nice large towels and lovely bedding , great sofa bed and toiletries provided.

It needs a it if a refresh and TLC

Perfect size for the two of us and our two dogs; nice, small, enclosed garden to sit out in and let the dogs out; and the cottage had everything we needed. Our host was friendly and quietly helpful.

good location, close to the village, The property had pretty much everything we needed. The fridge has a freezer section at the top, so good for our raw fed pupsters. Enough room in the lounge for two crates to house the spaniels as well. Plenty of hot water and good heating... dog friendly garden which is fully enclosed at the back. We ended up hosting xmas dinner in the end, so the house is equipped enough for that scale.

could have used one more saucepan to make cooking a little less dependant on washing up logistics, but that is nit picking a bit. Take slippers as the floors are tiled or laminate. No big deal, and expected in this sort of property as its easy to clean, especially with muddy paws, but was a little cold under foot at times.

Very cosy and hosts very welcome and available

There is nothing not to like. The cottage is close to the hosts house however once you close the door everything feels very private and surprisingly big and roomy. Clean, comfortable and cosy... home away from home. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. You do need a car...

Absolutely NOTHING

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Very quiet countryside location. Enjoyed the marmalade and the biscuits that were kindly left out by the host.

Despite the big grab handle, getting in and out of the bath is a bit of a challenge for people in their seventies because the sides of the bath are so high. Other than that, no issues.
