We had a truly wonderful family vacation experience. The Kids Club offered a wide variety of engaging activities that kept the children happy and entertained throughout our stay. The hotel also kindly provided an additional two hours of complimentary time, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Mrs. Puspa, who took such loving and attentive care of the children, making them feel comfortable and cherished. We were also warmly welcomed by Mrs. Yunik, who always made sure to save some cookies for my child, a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. These personal touches and exceptional hospitality made our stay incredibly memorable and enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

A truly magical and special place! The location and the natural surroundings are breathtaking. What made our stay go far beyond our expectations was the unexpected and incredibly special anniversary setup they prepared in our room. Combined with outstanding food, impeccable attention to detail, and nice touches like daily coffee and tea, this stay was absolutely unforgettable.

One of my absolute favorite resorts in Sanur! I finally had the chance to stay here again, and it truly felt like coming home. The vibe is like a cozy residential neighborhood, making it incredibly perfect for families. The service from the staff is top-notch. We will definitely keep coming back here with the family!

植栽が豊富で美しく配置されており、ホテル内の移動が楽しい。部屋は広く清潔で、シャワーの湯量も満足。バルコニーが広く、虫が少ないので安心して外のソファでくつろげる。スタッフはにこやかで親切。 ゆったりと配置された宿泊棟。

食事が独自的すぎて、オーダーするのに苦労する。出てきたものが予想と反することがほとんどで、味も思ったより（価格より）満足できるものではない。独自性を出そうとするあまり、方向性が間違っている気がする。

We were expecting more from the service, we experience a cold check in and an expresso explanation of the hotel. Even so the room was top level and amenityes too. Good location. The restaurants can have a better service as well. Sometimes it felts like camping in a 5 star hotel. Resuming the acomodations ate top level but service can be mutch warmer.
