"Amazing hotel and great location"

This hotel is amazing, the location is great. It's close to everything and the breakfast is delicious I tried chobani yogurt for the first time and loved it and the views from this hotel is amazing as well. They have a nice size pool with views, and the roof top hangout area, the lounge area is perfect for big parties and work if needed. There's a cute outdoor area with a fire pit and waterfall, great aesthetics and this hotel is very clean. I traveled with my dog so dogs an allowed and they have a gated dog park super cute my dog loved it. One of my favorite things is the shuttle that takes you into the city to different locations Bill is so knowledgeable about Asheville he gave the best tips. I will be back when I visit Asheville.

"Disappointed"

Modern facility, overall look, parking garage, facility extras

The breakfast very disappointing-it was processed food and not good. The parking fee was extra and not included. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I stayed at the one in Ft. Smith, Arkansas which was excellent and it built my expectations for this one. Very disappointing. I have no plans to ever stay again.

"Het ideale hotel voor bezoek aan Biltmore estate en Asheville"

De kamer was voldoende ruim en comfortabel ingericht, fijne douche. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Mooi gelegen ontbijtgelegenheid, met gevarieerd aanbod van eten en drinken. Op vrijdag- en zondagavond was er een gratis shuttle service beschikbaar van 1600 tot 2200 uur waarmee je naar de binnenstad gebracht kon worden en daarna weer opgehaald op het door jou te bepalen tijdstip. Chauffeur Bill was vriendelijk, informatief en flexibel.

Breakfast variety was great. Gathering areas on several floors with great views. The breakfast area was big and had great view of downtown Asheville.
