Wohnen im Burghotel

Le logement est très grand, hôte très sympathique et parlant français, très bon petit déjeuner varié .

On entend un peu le train qui passe de l'autre côté de la route

Wunderschönes Haus (fast) direkt am Rhein, stilvolles Zimmer, zauberhafter Garten mit Sitzplätzen, sichere Stellplätze für Fahrräder, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer und ein unglaublich liebevoll vorbereitetes Frühstück in einem Turmerker angerichtet.

Die Bahnlinie zwischen Hotel und Rhein sehr nahe am Haus. Es fahren aber auf dieser Rheinseite offenbar nur kurze Nahverkehrszüge ( keine langen Güterzüge), so dass die Störung nur gering ausfällt.

Petit déjeuner incroyable et personnel très aimable, lit très confortable, endroit très calme, le train peut paraître intimidant mais on ne l’entend pas depuis notre chambre.

Rien à signaler

Zuerst einmal gab es einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, obwohl wir zu früh waren. Wir hatten das ‚kleine Zimmer‘, welches wirklich klein war. Nichtsdestotrotz war alles da und liebevoll hergerichtet. Uns wurde alles gleich gezeigt was in Haus und Hof zur Nutzung zur Verfügung stand und nach speziellen Wünschen / Abneigungen / Allergien fürs Frühstück gefragt. Das Frühstück war wunderbar vielseitig. Besonders die selbstgemachte Auberginencreme war der Hammer. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Erfahrung und sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful location and room to relax. Breakfast was delicious!

The host was very friendly and had provided a list of all the local open restaurants for us, along with a map of the town. There is a lovely patio area and self service bar where we could sit and enjoy one of the local wines (from the village). Breakfast was excellent and room very comfortable.

There is a train line very close to the hotel, although that is an issue with all the rheinsteig villages i think. We really didn't find it an issue, but the host had provided ear plugs in case you wanted them. I didn't notice any trains at night and actually found it very quiet.

Great location for walking the town, catching the ferry or the train. Staff was very attentive and breakfast was amazing.
