Ha un bellissimo giardino molto grande recintato, apprezzato sia dai bambini che dai nostri cani, accettati senza supplemento. L'appartamento era spazioso e con tutto il necessario.

È raggiungibile solo in auto e dista circa 15 minuti dal centro di Gubbio, ma per noi non è stato un problema.
