La posizione, la pulizia,, il terrazzo, la possibilità di bere un caffè.

L' unica cosa da segnalare è che la camera e il bagno hanno le finestre su un cavedio con l' eco e i condomini del piano di sopra amano parlare a voce alta disturbando il riposo degli ospiti.
